TSC Day 5 (Friday)

I'm coming up to finish week 1. YAY!

Today I went to the gym late by myself to do my arms and shoulders. The gym was crowded which i hate but it was my fault to go late.

I started on a 40lb barbell for my pro curls and I felt my biceps moving and it felt sooooooo good.

As for dumbbell exercises, I used 25lb weights. And used 10lb bench weights for my shoulder raise exercises. It was intense.

Tomorrow will be my first time to do a 300 test. I know I wont do as well as a fit person, but I'll give it my all to go up. Pull ups are gonna be hard for me.

Let's do this!
