I went to the gym in zeh morning and worked out with my friend. We did our arms and shoulders today.
Being that it was day 1 and first time we did our arms for a long time, we had light weights on our arsenal. We both used 10-20lb for our arms. Hopefully we'll hit the level up in week 2 when we come back to the arms.
We both did a 15-20min start and cool off on the bike.
For my lunch, I only had a foot long Chicken Sandwich and fresh strawberries, which I had to control myself from eating it all because they were just sooo GOOD! Total calorie consumption should come out to about 1500 or a little less for today. Wait til supper time to eat a small salad with a grilled chicken.
Neck is ACHING!
