So this officially starts week 2 of my program.
Last week was a hard indoctrination for me. My biceps are in severe soreness right now =(
As for my 300 Test...I didn't do good. Then again I'm in a bad (overweight) fit condition.
18 push ups until failure
0 pull ups
32 min on 3 miles
I'm hoping to get those numbers into a better condition.
I'll be weighing myself at the gym as they have a more proper scale.
So This is week 2 day 1...LET'S DO THIS! Legs are gonna burn!
